RBI on Fielder's Choice

Runner on 2nd and 3rd. Batter hits to short who throws him out and 3rd base runner scores. Is this scored 6-3 with an RBI? Would it be considered a fielder's choice?

It would be marked as 6-3 for an out and the batter gets an RBI, a Fielder's Choice is when the Fielder makes an attempt to make an out some where else (trying to throw it home to get the runner or third to get the guy from second)
