Recruiting Questionnaires

You can fill them out. NCAA governs the coach's ablity to contact YOU. So you can contact them in any way..email, questionnaires, etc. But they cannot contact you until July 1 after you junior year.

I know that D1 Schools are permitted one call in March then they cannot contact you again until July

When a prospect is in the ninth grade and tenth grades, NCAA rules allow Div 1 schools to mail only questionaires and summer camp brochures.
After Sept 1 of a prospects junior year coaches can provide a prospect with persoalized letters, media guides and copiesof newspaper articles and a schedule card.
You can fill out all questionaires and not worry about anything.
