I've read a lot on here about different websites but looking to help my high school players get recruited. Is there a website that I can reach out to coaches for my players and is free to high school coaches. I don't mind updating and all that just don't want to have to pay a ton. If I have to pay I'll just go to said schools website and get emails and email them directly.

Try this, I know HS coaches use it: www.fieldlevel.com. Thanks for supporting the players!
You may also want to try ProspectsUSA.org.
You need to create the relationships with college coaches yourself. Services are just mass marketing. My son’s high school coach was in his third year as a head coach when my son was a soph. He used his college playing days reputation to make contact with all the coaches from his conference. He hung out at a couple of local showcases meeting coaches. Also develop relationships with the travel teams who get players to college ball. Get your college prospects on those teams.

We used this and it was helpful. A juco coach also told us he uses it pretty heavily. On the downside, I don't think our coach used it to its full potential and that made it worth a little less to us, so check it out and make sure you're willing to invest the time and effort in making connections with it.
I think it is awesome that you are willing to help out. However, I would be careful. This can create unrealistic expectations for some parents and as we all know, player profiles don't get a player recruited. Just my recommendation but instead of trying to hook players up with some type of free recruiting service, set a side of block of time and meet with each player to talk about their baseball goals after high school. If you already meet with each player, just incorporate that piece into your meeting. Have players fill out a recruiting questionnaire that you create. Ask the questions that require them to be honest so that they have an opportunity to see the big picture. Then have them provide 3 schools of interest. When you meet, talk about those schools and if, in your experience, you think they are a good fit. Tell them that if you both agree that a particular school is a good fit, you will pick up the phone and call the RC or HC on the player's behalf. If you disagree, tell the players that you will still support them in their decision but that they will need to make that call or send that email on their own. You could also recommend schools that you think might be a better fit. This will help you build relationships with college coaches and keep you from burning bridges by recommended a player that is not a good fit.
Just my 2 cents without really knowing the full situation for you Coach.

A website can be a repository for videos, height/weight, measurables. It can make it easier to just email a link to a profile to a prospective school than to attach videos, re-write bio's, etc.

This is a high school coach wanting to reach out to college coaches. As a coach I wouldn’t manage my player’s profiles. As a player or parent of a player I wouldn’t want the high school coach in my profile.

Agreed.
FieldLevel. Already mentioned. I'd get video of my players swings, fielding form, pitching form (showcase style) and have a youtube channel. You can upload those videos to your youtube channel and then link them to the player profiles. They can also add their own video to it. Also, FieldLevel now allows multiple teams to share the same player, so HS and travel teams can each help the player. The player can also do their own recruiting off that site.

Right now I have a good relationship with a lot of coaches just looking for a way to reach those that I realistically have now way of getting too. I meet with players and parents once a year so I know their goals and hopes and I can be honest with them. We have a youtube channel that we link jr and sr videos to that are about 3 min max that I email out to coaches I know or if someone ask that is there for them to see. Also we use military services and really any means to get a kids education paid for if that is their goal. We have also sent a few kids to trade schools that don't even have baseball programs. I guess really I'm looking for any and every way we as a program can get them to the next stage of life though our program. I feel as though anyone that goes through our program weather a kid that has a chance to be drafted, a manager, or even a diamond girl should get the same treatment as far as getting them to that next level for them. Looking for any advantage that I can give them. Also one thing that I tell every player/parent is I'm going to be honest. I won't bad mouth a player but if a coach ask me if it think their player would be a good fit and they aren't then I'm going to tell that college coach that as well.

The bad news is you're making all the other HS coaches look bad. That's a lot of work, be careful you don't commit to more than you can keep up with. But kudos to you for trying.
