Reds vs. Phillies | High School Baseball Web

If you're bored today try to catch the Reds and Phillies at 12:30 ET to see a kid I coached at my current high school make his MLB debut for the Reds on the mound. I was only an asst coach that did very little (if anything) to help him become a better player. The good Lord did all of the coaching by blessing him with natural talent to be as good as he is. But I'm still proud of him and so happy for him because he comes from such a great family.

Now I just have to find a way to watch the game at school.

He's a monster and he can hit too. The double today wasn't a fluke but he does need to hit the weight room to get that extra carry. As long as he never pitches to Daniel Nava again and learns to be more efficient with pitch count he should have a good career.
