Removing helmet in live ball territory question

Team A has a batter remove his helmet before touching home plate after hitting a home run and they are warned by the umpire. Later in the same game, with two runners on base and two outs, Team A has another batter homer and again remove the helmet before touching home plate.
What is the correct ruling at this point? And how many of the runs count (if any)?

Home Run makes it a dead ball situation HR counts player ejected, all runs count.

The removal of the helmet is only a violation if removed in live ball territory while the ball is live. If the home runs in question were hit over a fence then the ball became dead at the time the ball passed over the fence. Therefore there is no violation. The umpire misapplied.
