NCAA-D1 Specific.
NCAA is allowing programs to have a roster size anywhere from 35-40 with major caveats.
Any student athlete above 35 must have lost their 2020 season due to covid.
Allowed Scholarships for 27 to 32 players, however any player in the 28 -32 range must have lost year due to covid. This will be mostly super seniors.
These player would count against 11.7 (requires 25% of a scholarship)

Rosters published for P5 and Southern conferences.
The folks that thought that the aftermath of covid would somehow magically result in more baseball scholarships will be disappointed. But, under the circumstances this seems like a fairly reasonable approach. The core problem remains the same, lack of funding and way too many "D1" baseball schools.

@MTH agreed. baseball (non-revenue) is bound by EADA Compliance.
Thus teams have to generate more revenue by other means (gate, merchandise, etc) or uUpgrading their Football and Basketball Programs in order to get trickle down effect.
