It wouldn’t be a bad idea to see an Orthopedic, one who specializes in sport medicine. Get an opinion from a professional. Ask the doctor if he could recommend an athletic trainer and/or strength and conditioning specialist, preferably one who has experience with pitchers, best, one who has pitched. These professionals can check your mechanics and recommend a regiment that can strengthen the muscle groups that support the shoulder (and elbow), etc. Good luck.
