Speaking stictly as one who is on the outside looking in (meaning son has previously played against both organizations), they are both highly competetive, well structured programs. I believe there's a poster on HSBBWeb that plays for the Royals and I'm sure he'll give you plenty of inside info.

Websites are: www.royalsbaseballacademy.com and www.ssbc.com

Haven't heard a negative word about either organization.

Hey sonsbaseballvalet,

KmomNH is talking about me (or another member who is a dad of one of my former teammates)

I played Seadogs for 15U, then Royals for 16U, then Royals 16U again the folowing year (I have a young birthday).

I personally liked Royals a lot more, looking back at it. I had a great experience with my coaches both years. I don't want to speak negatively of SSBC, but there were certain things that happened that I know my dad and I, and other players and parents on the team didn't like.

I can answer any specific questions about my experience at either program in a PM if you'd like.
