During our Goodwill tours of Japan, I studied the philosophy of the Japanese HS Baseball player. The history of the Samurai warrior influences the motivation of the HS player as the 4,000 HS team prepare for the National tournament.
Each playoff in the 49 STATES attracted over 10,000 per game. The National tournament has a daily attendance of 40,000 and 50 million watch on TV.
Our American teams play the National Team selected from Koshien.
