Base hit to center field and first is cutoff. What do you do with your second baseman and short stop? Second cover second and then who covers first if runner rounds first hard to second?

If the ball is in front of the CF then SS goes to bag, 2B covers first, 1B to the middle to cut.
If the ball is to the side or over the CF then there are various other things that should happen depending on where the ball goes.
