Sac Fly or Not?

We had a runner on third with no outs. A shallow fly ball is hit to right and caught. The runner returns to third with no intention of attempting to score. While the runner is standing on third the right fielder throws the ball back to the pitcher but it goes over the pitcher's head and into the dugout through the fence opening. The runner then scores as the ball is out of play. Is that a sacrifice fly?

Catching101 is correct, this isn't a SF.

Basically the fundamental rule is to determine what would've happened if no error occured on the play.

In this case, it was a fly out (as described) with no advance, so there is no opportunity for a SF.
