Goodell is an ego-maniac! And in his ESPN interview he stated, "I've talked to more than 2,000 players in the last few weeks." I call BS! With a 53 man roster that would mean he talked to every single player plus some of the practice squad guys.

What a tool.....that makes a little over $7 million a year I think.

With Goodall suspending Sean Payton for a year, Greg Williams indefinitely, $500,000 and a couple of second round draft picks, Goodell gets my respect and sent a message to the Saints. I would've even gone further and make them forfeit first rounders but they got penalized pretty severely.

There's no comparison to that snake oil joke salesman Bud Selig who's one of the worst commissioners there is in any sport.

+1! It wasn't just a message to the Saints, but the entire league.

From the reports I heard, the Saint were asked to stop the bounty's two years ago and they didn't. They deserve the punishment.
