What's the definition of "true pitching coach"?

Someone with a past that can be traced to being a pitching Coach for a living. That's my definition anyway. He is a Coach in the White Sox organization. I'm not saying there aren't more, I just don't know who they are.
I'd say that many of us here are learners who became teachers who are still learning. To what level we can teach depends on how well we come across and how well it is received by the player. Of course if a players is succesful, then we look good. A teacher with pro experience will always be looked upon as a more knowledgeable instructor, but even he will look up to many others. Its like, who's the best pitching coach in the bigs right now? Lots of opinions out there but which is the correct one? The only Guru I've ever seen is Yoda.
