My son also has worked with the Tom House program. He's not a pitcher, but a good friend and former LL coach of my son's is a Tom House protoge (as a coach, not a player) and has started a pitcher training academy (
http://www.bioforcebaseball.com) in the Portland area.
A few years ago my son and I attended a small clinic with House. His conditioning principles seem very logical to me. The mechanical stuff.... well, my kid is a catcher, so I don't worry too much about it, but I'm aware there is some controversy. But I've watched A LOT of the training, from both House and my friend, been through frame by frame video, etc. The biomechanical stuff sure seems to me to be valid.
But as I say, his pitching days are over, now that he's in high school and they don't just put every strong arm in the rotation.
