Julie, I agree. I wasn't home last night in time to catch Schilling pitch and only saw the end of the game. Have loved seeing the recaps though! I have told ClevelandDad that while I'm a Red Sox fan, I have felt like the Indians had this wrapped up. Now, I have to tell him I'm not disappointed that they didn't! Wink Great baseball and cheers to the old guy! Smile

The old guy had plenty of run support to make him feel very comfortable. Smile

I love watching the younger guys pitch, but in the end, "having been there done that" usually works in your favor whether you are young or old.

Beckett says he's ready to relieve in tonight's game, he's done it before and got his former team to the WS.

Should be interesting. Dad04 must have pulled out all the stops on the voodoo thing he's got going. Wink I am wondering if JD knew about it...

they had others in game 7, I'm easygoing on a mis-plays resulting from player collision where commincation was lost because of hustle -

but Blake knocked one down at the hot corner & JUST STOOD THERE MOPING while Lofton sprinted 100+ feet to pick the ball just yards from Blake.

and how did the BU MISS the tag call on Lofton's double?
his nose was only 2 feet from the tag & in perfect position?

It looked like Ellsbury was happy to stop at first, but took his que to run based on Blakes non effort for the ball.
