D1 has 11.7 to be exact, and very few programs in the country can and will offer that many.

D2 has 9

Division 3 has 0 but you will find more academic money at many D3 schools

JUCO has 24, but JUCO is broken down into 3 divisions (1, 2, and 3) 1 can cover everything, 2 can only cover tuition and books (no room) and 3 does not offer athletically related financial aid for athletes.

The NAIA can offer 12 baseball scholarships, although I also doubt many teams have that many available.

It all depends on the school.
dennis,

You ask a very good question that is difficult if not impossible to get an answer to.

It would be safe to say that the top 50-75 DI programs are all fully funded. It might go as far as the top 100.

After that it is anyone's guess. I know of programs that are fully funded but the baseball program must then raise money for travel and other expenses.

Fully funded can mean a varity of things. Fully funded scholarships, but no money for uniforms or bats or shoes, etc. The only way to know for sure is to ask each coach. I have never found a list or publication that furnishes this info.
