Can anyone give me the rules and regulations in regards to players receiving money to play WHILE in College, or during the summer whilst they are enrolled in College?

I know it's not allowed, but I need the exact wording to prove a point to someone, and I don't know where to look.

Thanks for the help Folks

You cannot receive gifts, money favours etc to stay eligible to play NCAA. You can receive reasonable reimbursement for direct expenses to play on a team. The London Majors are teams that reimburse you for expenses.
You can not receive anything that appears to be a gift etc for your sport from any coach, staff member or school supporter.
You cannot even step on a field of a team that gets paid during a game. We went through this because my son was invited to throw bullpen by Ron Davis who was the pitching coach for a Pro team called the Niagar Stars in the CBL. I had to give a statement that he never wore their uniform or was there on a game day except in the stands.
