I suspect every parent has one opportunity to let others know about schools still looking for position players or pitchers before their son goes off to be a freshman. By that I mean schools that have expressed recent interest(July), even this late in the game for the position their sons plays.
Since my son is a 2011 pitcher, I wanted to just pass on schools that he has chosen to eliminate as possibilities. So anyone who has a 2011 pitcher, you might want to contact the following schools to see if they might be interested in looking at your son, if he has still not found a home. They cover the gamut from D1-NAIA & JUCO
USC-Upstate(Spartanburg)
Mars Hill University
Reinhardt University
Indiana University
Marion Military Institute
Tarleton State University
Southwest Baptist University
Daytona State College
I hope posting this information might be a win win since the schools are still looking and some players/parents might still be looking.
