Scooters at College

Parents who are sending your sons off to college please be very aware of the dangers of them riding around campus on scooters.

Below is a link to a story about Chance Veazey of the Univ of Georgia and what happened to him just this past October. He was slated to be Georgia's starting 2B as a Freshman this coming spring.

One of my son's best friends on Georgia's Crosscountry team also had a scooter accident that broke 2 of his ribs hitting a car.

Scooters or motorcycles, in the hands of the inexperienced and untrained, is as dangerous, if not more so, than providing them a handgun without safety training!
