Perfect Game (pgcrosschecker) will be scouting and reporting at two big Premier Championships. We plan to send two scouts and a writer to cover both events.
Junior Championship July22-26 in Joplin, MO
Sophomore Championship July 29-Aug 2 in Fayetteville, AR
Cliff Pastornicky – Before coming to work for PG, Cliff was a full time scout with the Royals for 20 years, covering Florida.
Anup Sinah – Before coming to work for PG, Anup was a fulltime scout with the Cardinals. Before that he was full time scout with the Padres covering Southern California.
Jim Ecker – Before coming to work for PG, Jim was a Sports Writer with the Cedar Rapids Gazette for 27 years.
We might even send another PG scout or writer if needed. Maybe David Rawnsley or Allan Simpson.
Should be very interesting. We are very aware of the amount of talent involved in the Premier organization. We have a lot of respect for that organization and many of the people involved. Hopefully we can help some of the players get some national recognition through this combined effort.
The Combination of PG sites gets over 5 million unique visitors a year and reaches just about everyone interested in scouting or recruiting. We are hoping that this will only enhance the great job that Premier has been doing, especially in Texas.
