I don't want to dog on Bishop Brady but they historically have been week, they did graduate Taylor Eames last year he was a real gutsy pitcher who was a lot of fun to watch pitch. In a game in the fall of 2008 the kid was hit with a broken bat on his pitching hand, broke the skin and the kids refused to come out of the game vs. Rhode Island. The kid was tough and what a gamer, as for this year I like to think that I have a handle of the top players in NH regardless of their participation in Showcase or what class they come from. I don't know a single player from Bishop Brady, I could be off base here but I don't think they are very strong.
They have a couple of decent pitchers from what I saw last year. Tyler Penney is returning. He is 6-6 and throws pretty hard - decent curve. Now that his father is not the coach, he should do much better. It was really sad to see that kid on the mound. The father had a comment on every pitch. The last thing most HS kids want is their parent making a comment/ trying to coach on every pitch.

I think they had another kid returning that threw pretty good. Not sure about the rest of the team though.
alvirne realy doesnt have pitching there best pitcher is terrill and after that its pretty much by committe. He went friday so if you are playing him monday you prob wont see terrill maybe brun. Brun is alrigth, throws maybe mid 70's and ok off speed but that is it. There defense isnt very well either. Houle the shortstop the past 2 or 3 games has made like 8 errors and has hurt them tremendously. Webster the third baseman is a little shaky to. There hitting is fairly decent they can keep up with teams but there defense is pretty bad and thats what kills them

rumor was that Manchester Central had a pretty solid freshman catcher coming into the program, however I have heard that he is competing in skate board competitions. Too bad kid had a big bat too and is a great team leader.

Sadly he sad he lost his passion for the game.. Hopefully he will find it again. Ended up being the starting goalie on the Varsity Hockey team after not having played in 3 years.

Good Kid.. Hopefully he will be back. Wasting some good talent.
