In reading the articles, I found that the services they provide are what our family has been doing on our own -- for free or at little cost. By following the advice and tips on this message board and website, a viable prospect (note the word "viable") can land a scholarship without the services of a recruiting service.

Not to say anything is good or bad, but please do not confuse recruiting services with scouting services. They are two completely different things.

Since NCSA does mean National Collegiate Scouting Association and incorporates scouting in their name perhaps you could give us a short primer on the essential differences PG? This would benefit our members...especially those with questions such as plash3. Thanks.
