Does anyone know what date public high school teams in Maryland are allowed to have their first scrimmage? The first practice is March 1.

Go to the page that has the list of boards on this site. If you scroll down you will see some that are for specific states. There is one for Maryland. If you go there you may find your answer, or ask this question there and you will probably get a quicker answer.
