Will do but just because he has a low stress outing does not change how he is used.

Anyways....we have worn that discussion out. I see GF winning regular season and grabbing auto bid to Regionals....where they will be heavy favorites I would think.
Other team to escape from MM conference...? Looking at possible WB vs Granby rematch for likely second bid.
I think the format is 1 vs 4/5 winner and 2 vs 3 so if Granby loses they will be 4 seed and WB and Woodside will be 2/3 don't know the order just that Granby loses all tie breakers.
Kind of a tough spot for Granby. With a win tonight they do win the regular season. However, with a loss tonight I believe they would end up with the 4 seed because of tie breaker rules. (WB, Granby & Woodside would all be 2-2) That would mean to turn around tomorrow and play OS and then the winner get GF next week.
Yeah....tough spot indeed. They are a solid ball club. I just think GF is too much to handle. But having to turn around and play tomorrow, after what I would assume is a game tonight they will do all they can to win, is a tough spot for either team. Then....play again next Tuesday for the winner tomorrow night. Ah the drama of the playoffs. lol.
I give them a shot tonight vs GF. They're a tough team, should be a good one.
GF 4 Granby 1. Stallings CG. Purdue 2 RBI 1B. Riddick had 3 hits.
Granby I heard was a tough team to go against. I guess I heard right. 4-1 GF. Sounds like GF #1 did it again .
Any details on game. Heard some exchanges at end of game. What was that about?
GF scored 2 in 1st on a 2 RBI single from Hunter Purdue. Granby answered a couple innings later scoring on a safety squeeze to make it 2-1. GF then scored on a balk the next inning and followed the next inning scoring on a 1st and 3rd situation when Granby couldn't throw out the runner stealing 2nd which allowed the man on 3rd to score to make it 4-1.
Thank you!
Next two days are conference tournaments. I think Grassfield, Hickory and GB have all advanced by virtue of winning the conferences. WB, IR and DC are additional possibilities. If it happens the SED will have 2 teams in each level in Regionals. That would not be bad in what might be a down year for the league overall.
Atlantic Conference Schedule (revised due to field conditions) at Hickory for Semi-Finals:
#1 Hickory v. #4 Kempsville 5:00PM
#2 Indian River v. #3 Maury
Atlantic Conference Championship Game: Wednesday 6:00PM at Kellam
