Seeking baseball program in need of used equipment

I have a young man at the Academy whose Eagle Scout project is that of collecting and refurbishing used baseball equipment for donation to inner-city or underprivileged children. Is anyone aware of a worthy organization I could put him in touch with? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
