Who could ever dream this up. It has to be a conspiracy.Seven games in the ALCS. Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park. Yankees, Sox. Curse of the Bambino. Three down all the way back. Game seven in St. Louis. Rocket going in the 7th game. Astros win, Rocket has to go against the team that drafted him, the hat he may wear in the Hall, in maybe his last year. Cards win, maybe the greatest fans in all of baseball going after the big prize. Pick your favorite American author, Hemingway, Steinbeck, Angell, etc. They could not have created this drama. Sit back, watch the pigskin only as a prelude to the fun we will have in the next ten days.
