Hey does anyone know how the baseball program at Seminole CC is? How is the school, campus, is it a big school, hows the area, the coaches? Is it a good place for a developing pitcher to be? Thanks.

The Seminole CC program is extremely TOUGH!! If you survive there, you can make it in any minor league program. The coaches are very good. Both played MLB. Coach Myers was a pitcher and could help you alot. Just know that his program is demanding and he executes and expects the highest level of discipline. Seminole is probably the most respected program @ a CC in Oklahoma. Although the 2005 season was not as successful as usual, they should be very strong next year. (Situations arose concerning both catchers -- one injured and one didn't enroll due to family/personal reasons.) ** BE AWARE ** The town is EXTREMELY small with not much around. Oklahoma City is about 45 minutes away. Shawnee is about 20 minutes north. Go to Seminole ONLY if you want to play baseball -- and nothing else!! Good luck. Here's the website......
