Amherst up 1 game on Heritage and Liberty with Amherst at Heritage on Weds. IF Heritage and Liberty win, then 1 day playoff on Thursday. Amherst won the coin flip for the bye, so winner of Heritage/Liberty would play a 2nd game on Thurs. Of course, if Amherst defeats Heritage Weds nite, no playoff and Amherst gets auto bid to region.

Liberty loses to Staunton River 3-1 and is eliminated. Heritage (home) is up on Amherst 4-2 w/ 1 out in bottom of 4th w/ a runner on 3rd when the rains came. Suspended game will pick up today at 5. If Heritage holds on, they will play again tonight at 7 in 1-game playoff at Heritage. If Heritage holds on and wins and weather washes out game 2, the playoff will be at Jefferson Forest HS Fri or Sat.
