Program is led by Mark Marizzaldi, ex Duquesne (D1) assistant and fine baseball man.....

Facilities are now nice and definately still improving, clearly they have $$ and are putting that money into the program and the facilities..

Baseball wise they are a highly competitive program with marked success...

2011 NCAA Atlantic Regional Tournament
2010 NCAA Atlantic Regional Tournament
2010 WVIAC Champions
2010 & 2011 WVIAC Northern Division Champions
2006 & 2007 American Mideast Conference North Division Champions
2006 NAIA Region IX Champions
2006 NAIA East Coast Super Regional Champions
2006 NAIA World Series

School is a Catholic Coed liberal arts school....thought of as a good school....but also expensive....

Coach Marizzaldi is a great guy.Congrats to your son if Coach Marizzaldi is pursuing him. He runs a nice program. He heavily recruited my son, who has a couple of ex HS teammates on the SH roster. My son has spent a couple nights down there last fall and liked the kids on the team. Both of them are freshman this year, I saw the one at Christmas break, he gained 15 pounds of muscle from the off season workouts. They both love it there so far. The campus size was main thing that kept my son from choosing there.

Academically the school has a lot to offer. It is a bit pricy, 37,000 somewhere in that ball park. they have some decent baseball money to offer and if your son has good grades or high ACT/SAT scores there is some really nice academic money available. I think they were pre season top 50 DII this year.
I will be following them this year because of the old HS teammates. Excellent choice of school to attend if your son makes that decision. My boss had two daughters graduate from there, have met many others that went there, all great kids.
Read piaa_umps reply and mmm1531 reply again..... I couldn't agree more with them. Seriously I've watched from a distance as Mark Marizzaldi built Seton Hill baseball from the ground up. Actually the campus is across town from my office so I've watched the program grow from a short distance I guess.

And brad3336 is correct...they are 5th in the nation. Very competitive and organized program with a great head coach.
