I have been playing baseball for about 10-11 years now and I have hurt my throwing arm a couple of times, but the weird thing is that I hurt my catching arm while hitting. one at-bat I checked my swing and it felt like my shoulder popped out of its socket and popped back in, and now the joint is weak, or somethings weaker, and pops out more often and ends up with my shoulder being sore after hitting. Is there some exercise to help fix this issue? Or some way to help prevent this from happening?
