Looking for a well-attended showcase in the mid-south or Ohio Valley area somewhere in the last couple weeks of July**. PG/WWBA has nothing until July 29th due to Marietta. Can anyone recommend something else?

**Unfortunately, this is our only window of opportunity this year.............

TripleH, I know what you're saying, but because of our situation (only Stateside in July), I'm largely open to region and particular schools don't matter at this point (son's an '08). I know several on here will say "too young" but when you live outside your own country 10 months out of the year, you take it when you can get it.

By mid-South, I guess I'm talking about the Carolinas and Tennessee. However, since we have no fixed 'residence', he could go to school anywhere. We'll actually be visiting family on the west coast in late June and early July, so could do something out that way. We could go to the PG South Underclass at Baylor, but it's not ideal as far as the dates. Just looking for other options the last two weeks of July.........

Checking in the Carolinas/Virginia area, outside of the PG events, the bigger ones are impactbaseball, Blue-Gray and BestinVirginia. None of them have activities in your particular time frame that I've seen.

Since he's an 08, one good option could be to just find a college camp during that time. He'll make face-to-face contact with the college coaches, get instruction, etc. It will probably be easier to find a good college camp than a marinal showcase for an 08...

Just a thought.
