I looked at the showcase table/timeline and it helps shed some light on the process, but what I would like to know is what to expect as far as evaluations. As a pitcher do you have so much time on the mound, just you and the catcher or, is it all broken down to game situation?

Do they put you threw alot of drills?
How is arm strength tested?
Those kind of things.

Sorry for the lack of expierence but just havent done this yet and would like to have an idea.
Thanks.

A lot depends on the event you attend and who is running it

I can tell you what we do:

We do infield/outfield drills the morning of the first day.
We do not gun pitchers in the pen--we do it in games while they face batters
We put a gun on the position players arms but more inportantly we watch them during games to see arm strength

Hope that this helps you
