Bluedog and other absent participants,
Don't know if you and others still read anything here at this site but would like to say that your input here was "valuable" and some benefited from it. Even us oldies, like myself.
The secrets of becoming a great hitter are all right here in these hitting threads and there for the taking for anyone who wants to become great if that person is willing to read, seek, and apply knowledge through trial and error application. You guys played a big part in that.
Bluedog and others, you sparked many minds here and your input as well as presence will always be remembered, at least by me, until your return. Hope you take it up even a LEVEL higher, if possible upon your return. (For the benefit of the lifers here who would like to continue to seek that Holy Grail of Hitting.)
My prayers are that you guys will find more to share with us during your sabbaticals because guess what, I know you guys will never get past this will to search, investigate, and explore the areas of teaching and learning in baseball related movements. It's in your minds, hearts and souls, forever. Can't leave it, no matter how hard you might try. It will creep back in and take control of your very existence when rekindled or sparked by those who truly love this game above all controversy, personalities, media extravaganzas. There is truly a ban of brothers out here who will promote players of baseball, prospects of baseball, organizations and establishments of baseball, forever and ever, amen. Can't help it. Engrained forever.
Here is a little something to listen to at one of my favorite baseball lifer's domain at this site>peace and good luck to all
