For Texas High School Baseball:

After consultation with both the UIL and the National Federation of High Schools; umpires of the TASO Baseball Division will enforce the rule on coaches not sitting out of the dugout on buckets and chairs and walking around outside the dugout. Umpires will not allow any extention or addition of a deadball line from the dugout to the foul lines or to home plate by ether drawing a line or put a carpet outside and calling it dead ball territory. No exceptions.

Finally the best thing to happen since bbcor. It will be refreshing to not see two coaches sitting on buckets outside the dugout and two to three kids sitting in chairs outside of the dugout. The only sad thing will not be seeing the chubby coaches on buckets trying to get out of the way of foul balls and falling to the ground dodging the balls. That is funny stuff. Sorry, I couldn't resist the last line.
