Has anyone used this? I've seen it on a lot of different sites, and have a little money available right now. It looks like it could work, but I also don't want to waste money. There's a non-motor and motorized one, if you have it, is the non-motorized one still work pretty well if you do it by yourself? Any comments are welcome, can't find any solid reviews or anything anywhere.

I have used this many times. It will ruin your swing. You will get really good at hitting quickly, but not so good at hitting a baseball.

Thank you very much for the fast response, i was worried about that. I've used several other "swing trainer" type things, and feel they have sent me back a step or two.
