I saw a play last week in MLB where the third base coach, I can't remember who it was maybe Larry Bowa?, sent a runner home and then immediately went and stood right behind third base. Heck, he may have been standing on the base. It was just a quick shot as the runner was trying to score. I thought he was trying to trick the outfielder into throwing to second by making it look like a runner was still on third. Has anyone else ever seen this done at any level?
