Softball pitching

I know this is baseball, but I have a daughter now pitching and know NOTHING about softball mechanics. Anyone have any info they can share or point me in the direction of a good resource? Hard to have my son striking out 6 of 17 batters faced, and telling the daughter that you can't help her because you only know baseball pitching.

Get in touch with CoachB25 and RJM. I know they have daughters who play softball and coached them. They could probably help you or at the least get you heading in the right direction.

Join heybucket.com. I only know baseball pitching. My daughter was a position player. I always made sure I had a pitching coach on the teams.
