You can work on proper foot work and fielding balls hit to the outfield on the ground just by throwing a ball against a wall, field the ball and go into your crow hop.

Fly balls are a bit more tricky, however the mind is a powerful thing, just by imagining a fly ball hit you can work on your routes, getting behind the baseball, catching it with your momentum towards your target and making your throw by keeping a ball in your glove. If you have 3 cones set them in a big inverted triangle work on j hooks around the back two, and miss reads by breaking to one cone then half way there correcting by planting and swiveling your hips to break to the other cone.

Hope this helps.

football defensive back drills and drills working on hip flexibility and core besides nomal speed drills.  For example, carrioca, backpedal, backpedal and weave, pro agility shuttle, and especially drop step (turn and burn).  Although the backpedal isn't used in baseball to the extent it's used in other sports it does teach balance and how to transition running directions.  Drop step is great expecially if you have a partner to point out the direction to head.
