Well my summer season has ended, but my last game I was pitching great against a good team, but I had to come out because I got a very sore arm. My arm hurts in my whole shoulder and on the outside of my elbow. Can anyone give any advice or make a possible diagnosis. Thanks for the help.
"Practice."-Tiger Woods when asked what he would do after failing to make the cut at the U.S. Open. "When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stone-cutter hammering away at his rock perhaps 100 times without as much as a crack showing. Yet at the 101st blow, it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it, but all that had gone before." mtownfan

I got your pm. If you throw curves on a consistant basis ( and not have good mechanics)you WILL suffer the consequences eventually. I repeat work on the fastball and change up and your mechanics.
If your desire is to play ball in college, you must think of your "future" and remain in good health. It's hard, I know you want to win now, but in the end you will suffer.
Also get on a good long toss program for increased velocity.
Again, go seek medical advice.
