Continuing the search for a college to fit me, and I've happened upon SWMS. Can anybody comment on the coaching staff, recruitment policies, etc.? I know they have a beautiful new facility in Hammond Stadium, and that they are a respectable team. Any shot for a South Dakota kid to play here?

SMS coach Guttin in my opinion, is the best baseball coach in America. He has done well for twenty years with a bad facility and the program lacked name recognition. A CWS appearance was not a fluke.

Where you are from has nothing to do with how good you are.
