To heck with the robin...to heck with the stinking groundhog...the TRUE sign of spring here in VA is the first COLLEGE INTRASQUAD GAME OF THE SEASON...especially when it is above 60 in January.

What is sad is the Robin is our State bird and he's smart enough not to show his beak until Mid-April. The stinking groundhog? I'd look for him but we won't find his hole until Sometime in March.
You guys enjoy your early Spring, but, remember we get to look at all the cool shapes the frost makes on our windshield every morning. hahahah
It is going to be so STINKING COLD in Minneapolis on Saturday (12 below with windchills of 25 below?). But I agree that SPRING HAS SPRUNG because my hubby and I are going to Twins Fest at the Metrodome!

Actually had baseball schedules and information in the paper today. The Jucos start up this weekend! It's HERE!
Yep, our high school made final cuts Friday and our first inter-squad games yesterday. If you need me I'll be at the ball field until Football starts again.
