Start spreading the news
my son committed today
He's going to be a part of it, L.C., L.C.
These homeboy shoes
Are longing to stay
And make a brand new start of it, L.C., L.C.
He wants to play in the outfield that is so deep
To find he's king of the field, top of the heap
These little town blues
Are melting away
He'll make a brand new start of it
at old Lynchburg
If he can make it there
He'll make it anywhere
It's up to you, L.C., L.C.

JT,
Could not be more pleased for your son, yourself and family. Being in a college where the Coaches express enthusiasm and excitement about having your son as a player and student is a nice, satisfying feeling. Having your son feel he made a great choice after visiting, getting a feel of the school and his future teammates has to be so exciting for him.
I will continue to look forward to more postings about his high school season and his transition to playing in college. band
Great, great news and I thank you for sharing it...and the process. chat
