most runners at second look to relay these signs..especially in the college and pro ranks.. i use pumps and its nearly impossible to figure out

all you have to do is count either touches or flashing down any fingers

sequence usually is fastball, curve, slider, change

just count that sequence with whatever is flashed

example: touch knee, touch chest, touch mask, touch knee, flash 4, flash 2, flash 2, flash 1.. is a change up.. i just counted the touches and in my mind kept saying FB CB SL CH FB CB SL CH.. last thing i touched or flashed was the CH... can start with any of them and can mix it up too.. also for anyone that uses the 2nd sign shake to 1st sequence.. its not hard to figure out
