OK Ron, or is it OKRon. Anyway, instructor seems right on. Shoulder opens, head goes with it. Head and eyes not on the ball. Kid misses a few, then thinks, then it becomes Mental. Many slumps involve mechanics, many involve the mental approach and sometimes a guy needs a day off. By the way, both Gehrig and Ripken played thru all kinds of slumps. Doesn't mean it works for everybody.
Coachric, agree. My response was to say that it may work if you try it #1 and #2, why would any coach want one of his players who is in the lineup every game to just say "hey coach, I need a night off, I'm slumpin, YEAH I know, we haven't played in 3 days and I have had the last 3 days off to get my mind away from baseball and my hitting BUT what I really need to get my swing going and to get out of this slump is to take a GAME NIGHT off"

DO you really believe that Coachric?

and TR HIT, if you wanta continue your grave digging then I will partake!! NOTHING TR HIT could work for you unless you discuss it in an airport somewhere!
