Stirrups

They're old school....and making a comeback. The question is; wear them normal (low) or streched?

I don't know of a single woman who likes 'em.

Thanks spizzlepop, also do you guys think it would be "weird" if I wore them in a hs baseball game?

I like the way they look but hate the way they feel in the shoe. They always drove me nuts and I love wearing the solid color socks.

My catcher is an old school kid and he wears them on occasion. He loves them.

Southpaw - Only if the rest of the team is wearing something else.

Somewhere last summer I saw a kid wearing stirrups. Upon closer look, they were one sock, with the stirrup sewn in so you wouldn't feel that strap going under your foot.

I thought they looked great! Old School Baby!

The Army baseball team has many guys going stirrups. Some high, some low. My son has gone high. I like it. It's better than wearing half a face full of eye black.

agreed ! stirrups are making a comeback and I see a lot of players starting to wear them again, somtimes old school can be very cool !

Mine wears "fake" looking stirrup socks.

I like the socks, I didn't realize they were all in one! Looks good to me.

Ok, I'm the negative one here!! I don't like anything white around my catcher's ankles! I have a hard enough time getting his pants white again. I am all for solid dark socks.

I haven't done baseball laundry in 4 years.

My son wears them all the time in his college's conference games. Go with the low stirrup. I believe we found them at baseballexpress.
