If he's not already, I'd recommend a stretching routine done on a regular/daily basis (as opposed to just before games). Personally, I love the Core Performance book by Mark Verstegen. It covers a lot of good info, but the 10 excercises for stretching (Movement Prep) is enough! Not only do they increase flexibilty but its a **** good little workout.
What happened to all the catchers? We haven't had a post on here since May 16!!! The catcher's post are the ones I enjoy reading the most since they are the most intelligent.
