i have three pics from last year to show you guys. the first one is of my leg kick and this season i changed it so its higher. the next two are of my stride. i was wondering if i should stride longer, shorter, or keep it the same?

thats weird because they show up on my computer. i must be doing something wrong. here is what im doing let me know if it is wrong. first of all, my pics are under my pictures in my documents. i right clicked one of the pics and went to open with internet explorer. then it showed the pic and i right clicked that, went to properties, and copyed the url. then i came here and clicked the second button from the right inbewteen the envelope and the one that looks like this </>.
i would like to know how to do it the right way.
Looks like a tall, long, lean body of a youngster!

Top Pic may have basic balence type of issues
(which could result in arm side high tendencies when not on)

Middle Pic reveals a potential beginning of ball wrapping issues.

Third pic reveals a longer shirt is neccessary as
the shirt tail is too short for the long body. lol

Bottom Line: Continue working on your pitching mechanics, run everyday, eat about 4500 calories per day, run some more, read the Good Book, eat Apple Pie, drive a Chevrolet, see the DI women (vs the DIII lol), and get your grades up!
bear, thanks for the advice. and your right about my jersey. i got one of the smallest on the team and it would come untucked every time i moved. the worst part was when the umps would tell me to tuck my shirt in. i felt like saying "im workin on it." Mad but anyways it wasnt that big a deal. i will incorperate all that you guys told me next time i pitch.
