Submarine Coach

Anyone have recommendations for a pitching coach for a "submarine-er" in the Houston area? Prefer to keep travel to 100 miles or so for good instruction for my brother. He'll be a jr in college.

I'm new, so if I should post this somewhere else just point me in the right direction. Thanks!
