Does anybody know of an instructor that is knowledgeable in teaching the submarine pitching motion?

Jeff Innis was a sidearm pitcher for the Mets in the late 80s - early 90s and teaches lessons in the north Atlanta area. Let me know if you are interested and I will PM you his contact info.

Mike Cather. Used to pitch for the Braves. Currently works for the Red Sox organization. Gives lessons out of Windward Baseball Academy in Alpharetta during December and January.

bballman, good tip on Mike Cather. I've been going for a few weeks and he is definately top notch. I recommend him to anybody learning to drop down.
