I pinch hit for our catcher and the hitter gets a hit. I then have a player pinch run for him. Is this considered a courtesy runner and can I re-enter the catcher or is it a pinch runner and I can’t re-enter the catcher?

This is a regular substitution. A courtesy runner can only run for the last player to play that position on defense. Both your catcher and pinch-hitter have been removed; your pinch-hitter is done for the game. If you wish to re-enter the catcher, he must have re-entry eligibility.
So could he have re-entered the catcher, and let him get to the base, and then courtesy run for him????

It's up to the state. I don't think FED has specific speed-up rules.
